My parents have been regular customers with them for the last decade. Extremely professional service , prompt and courteous behaviour, a delight to shop at.
So far, their after sales service has been good.
Recently we had to buy an item and they were ready to take online payment, which was a great relief as parents couldn't visit the shop due to their age. The entire deal was done over the phone, WhatsApp and online transaction and the item delivered within two days! They were promptly communicating every step of the deal which helped in the transparency.
